How does PMI guarantee the quality of their work?

PMI knows that quality work is one of the many things that has lead to our strong base of loyal customers. We achieve the highest standards by using suppliers we know and trust, designing new equipment to fit with the existing equipment before it arrives at the facility and making several site visits to observe the project and stay in communication with the client.

Importantly, PMI believes in serviceability. If a customer has any questions about a project, a PMI representative will be available to discuss it with them. And on rare occasions when there is a problem with newly installed equipment or the work PMI performed, PMI will come back and make things right. The project is not completed until the customer is happy.

How does PMI complete jobs with such limited facility down time?

At PMI, we know that every second a facility is out of operation, means lost profit for our clients. That is why we work hard to ensure the least amount of down time for our customers. We do this by making several site visits to discuss the pending project, measuring the existing equipment and fully planning out the project.

Projects are drafted in detail before parts are ordered or fabricated to achieve an exact fit. It takes significantly less time to install equipment that fits exactly with the existing equipment. This process means less down time and cost for our customers.

What is involved in PMI's bid process ?

Any PMI bid generally begins with a site visit and face-to-face conversation with the potential client. These site visits serve as an opportunity for PMI to measure and take pictures of the existing equipment and discuss the scope of the project with the facility contact. The existing equipment and proposed project are drafted and several of PMI's trusted suppliers are contacted for the best quotes.

PMI knows how important it is to submit a firm bid price. That is why PMI does not under bid just to win a contract, but instead submits a firm and realistic bid. Potential customers also know that when they accept a bid from PMI they will receive high quality work, completed on time and with the least amount of down time, guaranteed.

How does PMI maintain their solid safety record ?

PMI's full time safety manager ensures that PMI, OSHA and our customer's safety policies are followed because we firmly believe that a safe company is a better company. We understand that providing a safe environment and observing personal safety practices increases productivity for our company, and most importantly, safe crews mean reduced exposure to risk for our clients. That is why we employ a full time safety manager who has created and maintained PMI's solid safety program. The program was executed to a perfect degree in 2001, which is indicated by our record of no accidents during the entire year.
