Dale is a 2000 graduate of Iowa State University. After graduating, Dale worked for Cargill Animal Nutrition in Plant Management in various plants until 2004. In 2004 Dale became the Feed Operations Manager for Farmers Cooperative Company of Farnhamville and later moved to a Regional Operations role for FC.

Dale joined PMI in June of 2007.

Dale’s role as Sales Manager includes contact with both new and existing customers and helping them find solutions for their operations.
