Rory Welcher

Operations Manager

As PMI’s Operations Manger, Rory Welcher handles the company operations from crew scheduling and supervising, ordering equipment, frequent site visits and consultation with clients. Rory is in constant contact with clients, answering questions and working with them one-on-one to ensure that PMI’s completed projects meet our customers needs and expectations.

Rory brought a wealth of knowledge about the millwright industry when he transferred from Todd & Sargent to PMI in 1984. He started with Todd & Sargent in 1978 as a field laborer and was a millwright foreman when he made the move to PMI. While at PMI, Rory has served as field superintendent, general superintendent and now as their operations manager.

Rory’s continued training throughout his career in areas such as earth moving equipment and crane operation have meant more services for our customers and more learning opportunities for our crew.
